My Easy Weight Loss Program

The right weight loss program should be about loosing weight in a healthy way.  It should also be a long term fix not a temporary band-aide where you just gain it back.  With good health as your foundation, weight loss and other positive tangible (better looking skin, etc) and intangible things (more energy, better sleep, increased libido, health issues decreasing or going away entirely and many more) come with it.
